These conditions require a comprehensive initial assessment and consultation designed to identify and agree the best strategy for change, including the role of complementary treatments.

Fees
(GST inclusive as at 1 July 2006)

Standard consultations (40 to 50 minutes):  $120
Extended consultations (75-90 mins):  $150
Supervision and coaching (per hour):  $130
Concession rate for Health card holders:  $60
